If an item you order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order unless otherwise specified.  

Warranty                                                                                                                                                                                                     Policy:
  Warranty period begins on date of delivery. We have a 6 month warranty on all BL (brushless) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks, and a 60-day warranty on all BD (brushed) motors, controllers, throttles, chargers, battery bags or bike racks. There is no warranty on battery packs, since we have no way of verifying customer misuse vs. manfacturing defects. We are not liable for shipping on any returns.

Return Policy:                                                                                                                                                                                                   If there is something wrong with your W. E.  Electric Bicycle Kit, a RA (return authorization) number is required for all returns.

There are federal guidelines concerning electric bicycles, and each state/municipality will have codes of their own. Suffice it to say: electric bicycles powered under 750 watts - that do not exceed 20 mph - are generally still classified as a "bicycle". Please check your own state codes.
